Removal of Real Property Improvements. ‌ (1) The Concessioner may not remove, dismantle, or demolish real property improvements in the Area without the prior approval of the Director. (2) Any salvage resulting from the authorized removal, severance or demolition of a real property improvement within the Area shall be the property of the United States. (3) In the event that an assigned real property improvement is removed, abandoned, demolished, or substantially destroyed and no other improvement is constructed on the site, the Concessioner, at its expense, shall promptly, upon the request of the Director, restore the site as nearly as practicable to its original condition.
