Common use of Removal of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Removal of Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided under the Plan, if the Restricted Period has elapsed or been waived by the Board with respect to all or a portion of the Restricted Shares represented by a certificate, the holder thereof shall be entitled to have the legend required by Section 3.04 removed from such stock certificate with respect to the shares as to which the Restricted Period has elapsed. Any certificate evidencing the remaining shares shall bear the legend required by Section 3.

Removal of Restrictions.
