Removal of Signs. Seller agrees to repair any damage caused by the removal of the signs, or portions thereof, containing Seller's name and/or logo, which signs which or portions thereof are not being transferred to Purchaser hereunder. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that Purchaser shall purchase hereunder any and all signs and portions thereof which do not contain Seller's name and/or logo.
