In case of accident or incident that takes place within an R&DE Student Housing building, dining hall, or immediate surrounding area, please also notify your Housing Front Desk as soon as possible and they will assist you in filling out the form. Residence floor plans should never be distributed digitally and are under all university restrictions for confidential information. Providing interior student residence wayfinding content for Google Maps or other digital maps is prohibited due to safety considerations.
