Removal of Target from official list of ASX. If directed by Xxxxxx in writing, Target must take all steps necessary for Target to be removed from the official list of ASX on the Business Day immediately following the Implementation Date.

Removal of Target from official list of ASX. If Unless otherwise directed by Xxxxxx in writingXxxxxx, Target must take all steps reasonably necessary for and within its power (including by applying to ASX and satisfying any conditions reasonably required by ASX) to procure: the termination of the official quotation of Target to be removed Shares on the ASX; and the removal of Target from the official list of ASX ASX, in each case, with effect on and from the close of trading on the Business Day immediately following the Implementation Date.
