REMOVAL OF TENANT'S FIXTURES. The Tenant shall have the privilege at any time, on or before vacating the Premises, of removing any or all of its personal property, equipment and fixtures, and Tenant shall repair any damage caused by the removal thereof and shall leave the Premises in good and clean condition and repair.
