Removal of Transfer Restrictions. Any legend endorsed on the shares and the stop transfer instructions and record notations with respect thereto shall be removed and the Company shall issue a certificate without such legend to the holder thereof at such time as the securities evidenced thereby cease to be restricted from transfer in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act.
