Common use of Removal of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Removal of Trustees. Any Trustee serving hereunder can be removed by vote of the Board of Directors or other governing body of the Xxxxxxxx. In the event of such removal, the Board of Directors or other governing body of the Xxxxxxxx, shall appoint his or her successor in the manner provided for in Section 8.3 of this Trust Agreement.

Removal of Trustees.
