Removal or Resignation of Trustee. The Trustee may be removed upon receipt of sixty (60) days’ written notice (unless a shorter or longer period is agreed upon) from the Company. The Trustee may resign as Trustee hereunder upon sixty (60) days’ written notice (unless a shorter or longer period is agreed upon) delivered to the Company. In the event of such removal or resignation, a successor trustee will be appointed and the retiring Trustee shall transfer the Trust Fund, less such amounts as may be reasonable and necessary to cover its compensation and Expenses.
