Removal, Resignation and Liability of Trustee. The Trustee may resign at any time by written instrument delivered to THDA. THDA shall have the unqualified and unlimited right to remove the Trustee, at any time or from time to time, and for any reason whatsoever. In the event of such resignation or removal, or in the event of Trustee’s death, THDA shall be entitled to select and appoint a successor Trustee hereunder, and any such successor Trustee shall thereupon succeed to Trustee as Trustee hereunder and to all of the rights, powers, duties, obligations, and estate of the Trustee as if specifically named herein.
