Removal; Resignation; Vacancies. (i) Each Representative may be removed and replaced, with or without cause, at any time by the Designating Member that designated him or her, in such Designating Member’s sole discretion, but may not be removed or replaced by any other means, except as set forth in Section 9.02(b)(iv). A Designating Member who removes its Representative shall promptly notify the other Designating Members of the removal and the name of its replacement Representative.
