Removalfrom any Boards and Position. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive will be deemed to resign (i) from the board of directors of any subsidiary of the Company and/or any other board to which Executive has been appointed or nominated by or on behalf of the Company (including the Board), and (ii) from any position with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, including, but not limited to, as an officer and director of the Company and any of its subsidiaries.
