Remove Collateral. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, remove, or cause or permit to be removed, without Lender's prior written consent, any Collateral or assets of Borrower from those premises set forth on Schedule 2 annexed hereto and made part hereof except in the ordinary course of business.
