Remove, Destroy or Redevelop Sample Clauses

Remove, Destroy or Redevelop. Destroy, remove, permit to be destroyed or removed any of the buildings, plant, machinery or equipment comprising part of the Secured Property, provided that: (a) nothing herein shall prevent (i) the removal of any machinery or equipment from one part of the Secured Property to another or the temporary removal of any such machinery or equipment for the purposes of repair, or (ii) alterations to the Secured Property provided such alterations are permitted pursuant to Section 10.04(11); and (b) the Borrowers may remove, dismantle, sell, exchange or otherwise dispose of any plant, machinery or equipment which has become obsolete, worn out, replaced or unserviceable if such plant, machinery or equipment is replaced by plant, machinery or equipment of at least equal performance or if such plant, machinery or equipment so dealt with is unnecessary for use in the conduct of its business at the Secured Property; provided that such removal or other disposal does not materially impair the normal operation of the Secured Property.
