Remove Excess Soil. Excess soil should be removed from the site as soon as possible after earthwork is completed in a manner consistent with the Land Use decision and the Public Works Department Standards & Specifications. The developer is also to follow conditions set by other agency permits for significant excavation and disposal projects.
