Removed Originator Notification Sample Clauses

Removed Originator Notification. The Servicer hereby provides notice to the Administrative Agent that upon the effectiveness of this Amendment the Removed Originator is removed as an Originator under the Related Documents, and the Removed Originator shall (x) have no further obligations or duties under the SSA or any other Related Document and (y) cease to be a party to each Related Document in any capacity or respect.
