Common use of REMOVED PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

REMOVED PROPERTY. In the event of re-entry and removal of the articles found on the Premises as hereinbefore provided, Lessee hereby authorizes and requests Lessor to sell the same at public or private sale with or without notice, and the proceeds thereof, after paying the expenses of removal, storage and sale to apply towards the rent reserved herein, sending the overplus, if any, to Lessee upon demand.

REMOVED PROPERTY. In the event of re-entry and removal of the articles found on the Premises as hereinbefore provided, and Lessor has not disposed of the articles, the Lessee hereby authorizes and requests the Lessor to sell the same at public or private sale with or without notice, and the proceeds thereof, after paying the expenses of removal, storage and sale to apply towards the rent reserved herein, sending rendering the overplusexcess, if any, to Lessee upon demand.
