Remuneration and Payment of Expenses. The arbitral tribunal shall keep a record and render a final account of all general expenses incurred in connection with the proceedings, including those paid to its assistants, designated note takers or other individuals that it retains pursuant to Rule 10. As provided in Article 11.3 (Establishment and Re-convening of Arbitral Tribunals), the Parties to the dispute may agree to use any of the following optional procedures, or variations thereof, for the purpose of composing an arbitral tribunal.
