Common use of Remuneration of Receiver Clause in Contracts

Remuneration of Receiver. The Security Trustee may from time to time determine the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it without the limitations imposed by section 109 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000. A Receiver shall be entitled to remuneration appropriate to the work and responsibilities involved upon the basis of charging from time to time adopted by the Receiver in accordance with the current practice of his firm.
