REMUNERATION OF THE MEMBER. 4.1 The Company is obliged to pay the gross annual remuneration of CZK 200,000 (in words: two hundred thousand Czech crowns) to the Member for the performance of his duties under this Agreement (the "Annual Remuneration") from which the Company shall deduct income tax, health and social insurance, and any other mandatory or agreed deductions. 4.2 The Company is obliged to pay the Annual Remuneration in one lump sum by wire-transfer to the bank account of the Member notified by the Member to the Company by the end of the year for which the Annual Remuneration is paid.
