Renegotiation Shall Minimize Reductions in Staff. PDSC shall renegotiate with all Contractors affected by case decreases to apportion decreases in a manner that minimizes reductions in staff. Such renegotiations shall: (a) reduce the total number of cases for the contract period and adjust the monthly payments to Contractor accordingly; or (b) have Contractor refund or otherwise repay to the State any moneys saved.
