Common use of Renewable Annually with Concurrence Clause in Contracts

Renewable Annually with Concurrence. This Contract is for a one year term, effective July 15, 2020 through July 14, 2021. This Contract may be renewed on an annual basis, by mutual written agreement of both Parties for two (2) additional one-year periods. The County does not have to give reason if it elects not to renew.

This Contract may be renewed on an annual basisrenewed, by mutual written agreement of both Parties for two (2) additional one-year periodsyears. The County does not have to give reason if it elects not to renew. Renewal periods may be subject to approval by the County of Orange Board of Supervisors.
