Renewable at Option of Company. The Agreement is renewable at the option of the Plan. Coverage begins on the Effective Date and continues until the end of the month. Thereafter, the coverage renews monthly. The Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by the Subscriber or the Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Non-renewal shall not be based on the deterioration of mental or physical health of any individual covered under this Agreement.
