Renewable Generation Sub Clause Samples

Renewable Generation Sub. Sector Share shall be the lesser of 10% or 2% times the sum of (A) individual voting members that represent Renewable Generation Resource Providers with 15 MW of Renewable Generation Resources plus (B) Self-Defined Renewable Generation Group Members that represent Renewable Generation Resource Providers with more than 15 MW of Renewable Generation Resources plus (C) Individual RTO Participants deemed to be in the Sub-Sector and which own or control more than 15 MW of Renewable Generation Resources;
