Common use of Renewal Amendment Clause in Contracts

Renewal Amendment. If Tenant is entitled to and properly exercises the Renewal Option, Landlord shall prepare an amendment (the “Renewal Amendment”) to reflect changes in the Base Rent, Base Year, term, termination date and other appropriate terms. Tenant shall execute and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord within fifteen (15) Business Days after Tenant’s receipt of same, but an otherwise valid exercise of the Renewal Option shall be fully effective whether or not the Renewal Amendment is executed.

Renewal Amendment. If Tenant is entitled to and properly exercises the Renewal Option, then promptly following the determination of the Base Rent payable during the Option Term, Landlord shall prepare an amendment to the Lease (the “Renewal Amendment”) to reflect changes in the Base Rent, Base Year, term, termination date and other appropriate termsextension of the Term pursuant to the Option. Tenant shall use its best efforts to execute and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord within fifteen (15) Business Days 20 days after Tenant’s receipt of same, but an otherwise valid exercise of the Renewal Option shall be fully effective whether or not the Renewal Amendment is executed.

Renewal Amendment. If Tenant is entitled to and properly exercises the any Renewal Option, Landlord shall prepare an amendment (the a “Renewal Amendment”) to reflect changes in the Base Rent, Base YearYear (which shall be the calendar year in which the commencement of the applicable Renewal Term occurs), term, termination date and other appropriate terms. Tenant shall execute and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord within fifteen (15) Business Days days after Tenant’s receipt of same, but an otherwise valid exercise of the a Renewal Option shall be fully effective whether or not the applicable Renewal Amendment is executed.

The Renewal Amendment shall be sent to Tenant within a reasonable time thereafter, and Tenant shall execute and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord within fifteen (15) Business Days 15 days after Tenant’s receipt of same; but, but an otherwise valid exercise of the Renewal Option shall be fully effective whether or not the Renewal Amendment is executed.

Tenant shall execute (or make good faith comments to) and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord within fifteen (15) Business Days after Tenant’s receipt of same, but an otherwise valid exercise of the Renewal Option shall be fully effective regardless of whether or not the Renewal Amendment is actually executed.

Tenant shall execute and return the Renewal Amendment to Landlord (or provide good faith comments thereto) within fifteen (15) Business Days after Tenant’s receipt of same, but an otherwise valid exercise of the Renewal Option shall be fully effective whether or not the Renewal Amendment is executed.
