RENEWAL AND EXPIRY OF CONTRACT. .1 Where the Minister intends to renew this Contract for an additional term, notice of intent to renew the Contract shall be given to the Property Manager one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to Contract expiry. Such notice declares only the intent to renew and does not commit the Minister to a renewal. .2 The Minister intends to negotiate a renewal within thirty (30) days from the date of renewal notice, after which, if no agreement is reached with the Property Manager, the Contract shall not be renewed and the Work will be tendered.
