Common use of Renewal and Replacement of Policies Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Replacement of Policies. (i) Not less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any Policy, Tenant shall renew such policy or obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to Landlord (and, if requested by Landlord, to Landlord’s Lender) a certificate in respect of such policy or policies (A) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by Tenant pursuant to clause (b)(ii) above, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (B) confirming that such policy complies with all requirements hereof.

(i) Not less than ten four (104) Business Days prior to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any Policy, Tenant shall renew such policy or obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to Landlord (and, if requested by Landlord, to Landlord’s 's Lender) a certificate in respect of such policy or policies (A) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by Tenant pursuant to clause (b)(iid)(ii) above, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (B) confirming that such policy complies with all requirements hereof.
