Common use of Renewal and Replacement of Policies Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Replacement of Policies. (i) Not less than fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any Policy, Issuers shall renew such policy or obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to Note Trustee a certificate in respect of such policy or policies (A) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by Issuers pursuant to clause (d)(ii) above, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (B) confirming that such policy complies with all requirements hereof.

(i) Not less than fifteen (15) Business Days days prior to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any Policy, Issuers the Borrower shall cause the Property Owner to renew such policy or obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no not later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to Note Trustee the Lender a certificate in respect of such policy or policies (A) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by Issuers pursuant to clause (d)(ii) above, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (B) confirming that such policy complies with all requirements hereof.

(i) Not less than fifteen twenty (1520) Business Days prior to the expiration, termination or cancellation of any Policy, Issuers the Borrower shall renew such policy or obtain a replacement policy or policies (or a binding commitment for such replacement policy or policies), which shall be effective no not later than the date of the expiration, termination or cancellation of the previous policy, and shall deliver to Note Trustee the Agent a certificate in respect of such policy or policies (A) containing the same information as the certificates required to be delivered by Issuers pursuant to clause (d)(ii) above, or a copy of the binding commitment for such policy or policies and (B) confirming that such policy complies with all requirements hereof.
