RENEWAL AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Agreement, except as otherwise provided, shall be in effect from the 1st day of January 2015 to the 31st day of December, 2017 and shall continue thereafter from year to year. If either of the parties hereto desires to revise or amend this Agreement in respect of a year commencing not earlier than the January 1, 2018, notice in writing shall be given to the other party not later than the 1st day of October 2017.
