Common use of Renewal Discussions Clause in Contracts

Renewal Discussions. Unless Employee's employment hereunder has been earlier terminated, the parties hereto agree that they will use their reasonable best efforts to enter into discussions six months prior to the fifth anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement with respect to whether and on what terms Employee's employment after such date, and the terms thereof, this Agreement shall automatically terminate on such fifth anniversary.
