Common use of Renewal of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Renewal of Agreements. The Borrower will or will cause the Property Related Persons to take any and all steps necessary to renew all Resident Agreements, and Operating Agreements and Management Contracts, except to the extent that the Borrower deems such renewal to be, in the exercise of prudent business judgment, contrary to the best interests of the Borrower.

Renewal of Agreements. The Borrower Borrowers will or will cause the Property Facility Related Persons to take any and all steps necessary to renew all Resident Agreements, and Operating Agreements and Management Contracts, except to the extent that the applicable Borrower deems deem such renewal to be, in the exercise of prudent business judgment, contrary to the best interests of the such Borrower.
