Renewal of Lease. 33. Upon giving written notice no later than 60 days before the expiration of the term of this Lease and so long as Tenant is not in default of this Lease, the Tenant may renew this Lease for an additional term. All terms of the renewed lease will be the same except for this renewal clause and the amount of the rent.
