RENEWAL PROVISION. At the end of the Term set forth above [See Section 3], unless one of the parties provides to the other written notice prior to the first day of the final full rental month of its intention to terminate this Lease at the end of such Term, then this Lease shall convert to and continue as a month-to-month Lease, subject to all remaining conditions of this Lease. Either party may terminate the month-to-month Lease at the end of any rental month provided that written notice of termination is delivered to the other party prior to the first day of the final rental month of the tenancy. RENEWAL PROVISION. This contract shall renew itself automatically from year-to-year, for a period of not more than 3 years from date of contract unless either party gives at least thirty (30) days written notice to the other party that the AGREEMENT is to terminate on a given date. All written notices affecting the contract termination must be delivered by certified or registered mail. The date of deposit of any notice in the U.S. Post Office with all postage prepaid shall be deemed the date of delivery thereof.
RENEWAL PROVISION. This policy is guaranteed renewable and will continue in effect as long as the insured pays the premiums when they are due or within the grace period in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. The premium can be changed only if Delta Dental changes it on all policies of this kind in force in the state where the policy was issued. If the premium is changed, the insured will be given 45 days’ written notice.
RENEWAL PROVISION. If this Agreement is otherwise in full force and effect and not otherwise in material default upon the conclusion of the thirty (30) year term hereof, the OPERATOR may, by giving written notice to CITY at least six (6) months before the termination of the term, shall be granted an extension of this Agreement for an additional ten (10) year term upon the terms as contained herein. OPERATOR shall likewise have a second and final ten (10) year extension after conclusion of first extension. Provided, however, that notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, the renewal period shall be provided upon a revision to Section 5 "Payments to CITY," so that CITY is paid 25% of the additional monies made available as a result of the retiring and extinguishment of the initial debt service by OPERATOR, in addition to other funds paid to CITY under Section 5. Such additional monies shall be paid to CITY by OPERATOR each month. Each month subsequent to the thirty (30) year initial term, OPERATOR shall provide at least one (1) show per month during any renewal term(s).
RENEWAL PROVISION. (A) The Term of the lease agreement between Landlord and Tenant shall be for ten (10) years. On December 1, 2006 and each and every subsequent annual anniversary date of the lease (The Anniversary Date), the expiration date shall, without further action of the parties, be extended for an additional year unless and until the Tenant shall have notified the Landlord of its intention not to extend the expiration date beyond the end of the then current term. Said notice shall be in writing and delivered to the Landlord not less than six (6) months prior to the next anniversary.
(B) Commencing December 1, 2015, the base rent shall increase by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Northern New Jersey / New York region every anniversary date of the lease with a minimum of a three (3) percent and a maximum of a five (5) percent base rental increase. The parties understand that the month of August or the most recent available CPI data to the anniversary date will be utilized to calculate the prior twelve (12) month increase.
(A) The Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree to make the effective date of the lease retroactive to the date set forth on the first page herein. The purpose of the retroactive effective date is to make it coincide with the term of the previous lease for the demised premises entered into by the two parties. The aforesaid monthly rents shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month, except that a proportionately lesser sum may be paid for the first month following the Term Expiration Date if said date falls on a date other than the first of the month.
RENEWAL PROVISION. If you choose to leave Trinity Health LIFE New Jersey Health Plan (“disenroll voluntarily”), you must reapply and meet the eligibility requirements to be reinstated.
RENEWAL PROVISION. The contract may be renewed for up to four additional years (five years total) with price re-determinations as specified in the Price Adjustments section above.
