Common use of RENEWAL PROVISION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL PROVISION. This contract shall renew itself automatically from year-to-year, for a period of not more than 3 years from date of contract unless either party gives at least thirty (30) days written notice to the other party that the AGREEMENT is to terminate on a given date. All written notices affecting the contract termination must be delivered by certified or registered mail. The date of deposit of any notice in the U.S. Post Office with all postage prepaid shall be deemed the date of delivery thereof.
