Renewal Required Clause Samples
The 'Renewal Required' clause mandates that a contract or agreement must be actively renewed at the end of its term to continue in effect. Typically, this means that the parties involved must provide written notice or take specific action before the expiration date to extend the agreement; otherwise, the contract will automatically terminate. This clause ensures that all parties consciously decide to continue their relationship, preventing automatic extensions and reducing the risk of unintended obligations.
