Common use of Renewal, Termination and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Renewal, Termination and Amendment. a. This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19, 2018; and it shall continue provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

Renewal, Termination and Amendment. a. This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19through September 11, 20182020; and it shall may thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19through October 28, 20182023; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19through August 22, 20182021; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19through December 16, 20182017; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until through April 1930, 20182026; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

Renewal, Termination and Amendment. a. This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until through April 1922, 20182016; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms; provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in additionprovided, further, that, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund have approved the continuance or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s Board Board, including the vote of a majority of the Trustees trustees of the Trust who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast have approved the continuance in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

Renewal, Termination and Amendment. a. This Agreement shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement, until April 19through March 14, 20182025; and it shall thereafter continue for successive annual terms provided that such continuance is specifically approved by the parties and, in addition, at least annually by (i) the vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as herein defined) of the Fund or (ii) by vote of a majority of the Trust’s 's Board including the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of either the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.
