Renewals, Amendments and Other Security. Mortgagee may resort first to such other security or any part thereof or first to the security herein given or any part thereof, or from time to time to either or both, even to the partial or complete abandonment of either security, and such action shall not be a waiver of any rights conferred by this Mortgage, which shall continue as a first Lien upon the Mortgaged Property not expressly released until all Secured Indebtedness secured hereby is fully paid and discharged.
