Common use of Renewals and Other Security Clause in Contracts

Renewals and Other Security. Renewals and extensions of the Indebtedness may be given at any time, and Mortgagee may take or may now hold other security for the Indebtedness without notice to or consent of Mortgagor. The Trustee or Mortgagee may resort first to such other security or any part thereof or first to the security herein given or any part thereof, or from time to time to either or both, even to the partial or complete abandonment of either security, and such action shall not be a waiver of any rights conferred by this instrument, which shall continue as a perfected lien upon the Mortgaged Property not expressly released until the Indebtedness secured hereby is fully paid.
