RENT A SEPARATE COVENANT. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Tenant shall not for any reason withhold or reduce Tenant’s required payments of Rent, it being expressly understood and agreed by the parties that the payment of Rent is a covenant by Tenant that is independent of the other covenants of the parties hereunder.
