Rent Abatements if Bonds. Paid Prior to Maturity. If at any time the Indenture is discharged in accordance with Article X of the Indenture, and if the Company is not at the time otherwise in default hereunder, the Company shall be entitled to use and occupy the Project, without the payment of rent during the interval (but otherwise on the terms and conditions hereof), from the date on which such moneys are in the Bond Fund to and including the later to occur of either (i) midnight, September 1, 2037 or (ii) payment in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bonds.
