Rent Acceptance. If Landlord, at any time or times, shall accept Minimum Rent or any other sum due to it hereunder after the same shall become due and payable, such acceptance shall not excuse delay upon subsequent occasions, or constitute, or be construed as, a waiver of any of Landlord's rights hereunder.
