By taking Occupancy of a Room, you specifically agree to pay Rent charges for the Room for the entire term of this License Agreement, regardless of the amount of time you reside in the Room. Except for termination for conduct reasons, as set forth in Sections 8)c. and 10)a., if you check out of your assigned Room any time before the end of the term of this License Agreement, don’t check into another assigned Room, and remain registered for classes at the University, you remain financially obligated for Rent through the end of the Academic Year in May.
