RENT AND OTHER CONSIDERATION (ON. AIRPORT) (OCT 2017) A. C. If the Government occupies the Premises for less than a full calendar month, then rent shall be prorated based on the actual number of days of occupancy for that month. X. Xxxx shall be paid to Lessor by electronic funds transfer in accordance with the provisions of the General Clauses. Rent shall be payable to the Payee designated by the Lessor in the System for Award Management (XXX). If the payee is different from the Lessor, both payee and Lessor must be registered in XXX. This registration service is free of charge. E. The Lessor shall provide to the Government, in exchange for the payment of rental and other specified consideration, the following: 1. The leasehold interest in the Property described herein in the paragraph entitled “The Premises,” 2. Performance or satisfaction of all other obligations set forth in this Lease; and, 3. All services, utilities, and maintenance required for the proper operation of the Property, the Building, and the Premises in accor- dance with the terms of the Lease, including, but not limited to, all inspections, modifications, repairs, replacements, and improvements required to be made thereto to meet the requirements of this Lease.

X. Xxxx D. Rent shall be paid to Lessor by electronic funds transfer (EFT) in accordance with the provisions of the General Clauses. Rent shall be payable to using the Payee designated by the Lessor EFT information contained in the System for Award Management (XXX). If In the payee event the EFT information changes, the Lessor shall be responsible for providing the updated information to XXX. Failure by the Lessor to maintain an active registration in XXX may result in delay of rental payments until such time as the XXX registration is different from the Lessor, both payee and Lessor must be registered in XXXactivated. This registration service is free of charge.
E. The Lessor shall provide to the Government, in exchange for the payment of rental and other specified consideration, the following:

3. All services, utilities, and maintenance required for the proper operation of the Property, the Building, and the Premises in accor- dance with the terms of the Lease, including, but not limited to, all inspections, modifications, repairs, replacements, and improvements required to be made thereto to meet the requirements of this Lease.
4. The Lessor shall provide routine cleaning and disinfecting services, as outlined under Section 5.01 of the paragraph entitled “Routine Cleaning and Disinfecting Services (On-Airport)”, as a rate $1.27 per rentable square foot. The Government reserves the right to issue notice to unilaterally cancel the routine cleaning and disinfecting at any time during the Lease term and, in such a case, the rental rate will be reduced by this amount. This reduction shall occur after the Government gives 30 calendar days notice to the Lessor and shall continue in effect until the Lease expires or is terminated.
