Rent Defined. All monetary obligations of Lessee to Lessor under the terms of this Lease are deemed to be rent.

Rent Defined. Subject to the terms of this Lease, “Rent” is defined as and shall consist of the sum of (i) Base Rent, (ii) Additional Rent, (iii) Extraordinary Monthly Rent, and (iv) Expenses (all as defined below), together with all other monetary obligations of Lessee to Lessor or to third parties arising under the terms of this Lease.
Rent Defined. All monetary obligations of Tenant to Landlord under the terms of this Lease, including without limitation, Base Rent, Parking Rent, and Operating Expenses, and all taxes, costs, expenses and other amounts that Tenant is required to pay pursuant to this Lease to any other party, together with every fine, penalty, interest and costs which may be added for late payment thereof (except for the Security Deposit), are deemed to be rent (“Rent”).
Rent Defined. Monthly Base Rent and Additional Rent shall be deemed to constitute “Rent”. Rent shall be paid in lawful money of the United States without any abatement, set off or deduction whatsoever.
Rent Defined. As used herein, “Rent” is comprised of the following: (i) the Base Rent (as defined in Exhibit B); (ii) the Monthly Expense Payment (as defined in Exhibit B); (iii) the Additional Monthly Payment (as defined in below in Section 3.3); (iv) the Property Management Fee (as defined in Exhibit B); (v) the Annual Adjusting Rent Payment (as defined in Section 8.1); and (vi) Additional Rent (as defined in Exhibit B). The term “Rent”, as used herein, is also referenced as the “Facility Fee”.
