Common use of RENT & LATE CHARGE Clause in Contracts

RENT & LATE CHARGE. Lessee agrees to pay directly to Lessor at the above address or to Lessor's Assignee the rental payments plus any interim rent as specified on the Equipment Schedule together with all other amounts which may become due under this Lease (the "Rent"). All Rent shall be paid without notice or demand. If any Rent is not received within 5 days of the date due, Lessor may charge and Lessee shall be obligated to pay a late charge in the amount specified on the Equipment Schedule, or, if none is so specified, 5% of the delinquent amount.
