Common use of Rent Not Based on Income Clause in Contracts

Rent Not Based on Income. It is agreed by Landlord and Tenant that no ------------------------ rental or other payment for the use, occupancy or utilization of the Premises demised hereunder shall be, or is, based in whole or in part on the net income or profits derived by any person from the Building or the Premises so leased, used, occupied, or utilized, and Tenant further agrees that it will not enter into any sublease, license, concession or other agreements for any use, occupancy or utilization of the Premises which provides for a rental or other payment for such use, occupancy or utilization based in whole or in part on the net income or profits derived by any person from the Premises so leased, used, occupied or utilized.
