Rent Payment Address. Tenant shall pay all Base Rent and additional monthly rent under section 3.1 hereof to Landlord, in advance, on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the term of this Lease. Tenant shall pay all rent to Landlord without notice, demand, deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America, at the address for the payment of rent specified in the Basic Lease Information, or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
