Rent Payments to Landlord. All Rent shall be payable to Landlord at the address for Landlord set forth below or at such other address as Landlord may specify from time to time by written notice delivered in accordance herewith. Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall not be deemed satisfied until such Rent has been actually received by Landlord.
