Rentable/Useable Area Clause Samples

Rentable/Useable Area. As used in this Lease, the terms “Rentable Area” and “Useable Area” shall mean the rentable area and useable area of the Premises, Building and Project and shall be the square footage designated in the Basic Lease Information. The Annual Base Rent and Operating Expenses for the Premises are not solely and directly attributable to the actual rentable or useable area of the Premises, Building or Project and in the event that it is determined that the actual rentable or useable area of the Premises, Building or Project is different from the square footages set forth in the Basic Lease Information, no modification shall be made to the Base Rent or Operating Expenses set forth in the Basic Lease Information.
