Common use of Rental 2 Clause in Contracts

Rental 2. 2.1. Under the Agreement, the Copyright Holder transfers the IMD to the User for temporary possession and use, and the User accepts the IMD for use for consumer purposes (for personal needs) that are not related to the implementation of business activities. The transfer of the IMD to the User for Rental shall be carried out through the User's use of the functionality of the Mobile Application in the manner prescribed by this Offer.
